Environmental Simulation

Anderson Laboratories, Inc. has the capability to perform numerous environmental simulation tests.

We are familiar with different ASTM, EN, ISO and proprietary test methods covering environmental simulations.

We have over 40 years of experience in salt spray testing. Many of the samples we receive are tested in accordance with ASTM B 117 for salt spray corrosion resistance. The exposure period can range from hours to months with numerous inspection milestones and points of documentation. Two of our three salt spray cabinets each have a capacity of 60 cubic feet allowing us to handle your large samples.

Changes in temperature and relative humidity can be simulated in one of two cabinets. We can expose materials to humidity levels of 20% to 95% RH and temperature ranges from -70°C to +200°C to simulate exposure to very extreme environments.
